Had Sunday lunch here and while service friendly and attentive the food leaves a lot to be desired. Veg and roast potatoes frozen and tasteless. Roast beef was tough as an old boot and not cooked as requested. Garlic Mushroom starters were nice. All of our party generally disappointed and agreed not worth the money and won’t be returning

New years eve lunch after a lovely walk around roundhay park with family and 2 dogs. Wonderful friendly staff lovely food and very accommodating. Couldn't fault it!

We had a fabulous Christmas Dinner here yesterday. Staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The food was fantastic , all 3 courses were faultless. Thanks guys

Wow. It’s Christmas. Not in here I’m afraid. Nice lady front of house very smiley and lovely. It stops there. Carrots not scrubbed just lazily vertically sliced, one gravy for all dishes, saggyYorkshires, oven chips, nuked broccoli and peas that the 2.5 hour rule forgot, Really? Your car park is a third full, your restaurant even less and it’s Christmas Eve? No wonder you had a table. Please, you may already know this, stop thinking that catering is easy . A microwave, a bunch of staff, serving drinks in the wrong glasses, will not mean a successful future. Shut for 4 for weeks. Re train. Re assess. Make the 2 thirds of the car park come back. You may think I’m being cruel. I’m not. It’s not all lost. But wake up and see the bigger picture. In restaurants that you like you don’t mind waiting.

We celebrated our little girl's birthday here recently and could not thank the team enough! From start to finish no query was too big or too small. They showed us around with no notice to help us find and reserve the best space, popped in to offer help on the day and made us feel extremely welcome! We hadn't ordered food in advance as we weren't sure how long our guests would be staying but most people ordered lunch whilst we were there and everyone said how delicious it was. The bar staff were amazing, super friendly and dealt with our chaotic large group orders with ease! As the party lasted longer than anticipated we were given an alternative space without being made to feel in the way or like an inconvenience. I am so grateful they enabled us to hold such an event on a busy Saturday afternoon in December and it was such a special day. Absolutely amazing team of people who gave top class service!
