Wagamama Trinity - Leeds

Will always recommend Trinity Wagamamas. As someone with complex allergies, they always do their best to make sure my experience is no different to anyone else’s. Friend staff, amazing management and amazing food!

Will not return. Drinks order missed so watched people around us get served, no apology from waitress, just said bar was busy, the restaurant was not busy and manager confirmed order was forgotten/missed. Food orders were also being delivered to other tables that arrived after us and when ours did arrive after about 40 mins it was luke warm. Taken away and replaced. Manager said “ I have taken the initial items off bill so you will only be charged for the new ones” I should hope so, why would I pay for cold food! 2 drinks given free in exchange for slow service, cold food and a long wait. Maybe take more care of your customers in your restaurant as it seemed more focus was on just eat orders as these were flying out the kitchen.

After a small mistake the staff were more than willing to go above and beyond. Franco and Mike especially are a credit to their role. Cheers guys.

Lovely, fresh food with lots of choice. Friendly staff and enjoyable environment. Great for vegetarians and for healthy options

Poor quality tonight they cannot cope with a busy shift. Over cooked noodles. Complained but nothing they can do about it apparently.
