At the end of the meal, I spoke to the very kind and understanding manager, who took my feedback seriously and handled it gracefully. She even kindly reduced some of the charges on our bill, which I appreciated. I was disappointed because I visited last year and had an amazing experience, so I was eagerly looking forward to returning this year, but it didn't quite measure up. I think some of the younger staff could benefit from additional training in both waiting and customer service skills. It often felt like we had to signal them for attention if we wanted to place our order, and we had to ask for the food menu, which should have been provided when we were seated. Despite these issues, I still want to return; however, I don't feel inclined to book again soon, which is disheartening. The food really needs to be on point, especially given the prices here, and the staff should be a bit more attentive. That being said, I have to reiterate that the manager in charge was faultless throughout our visit.

I had a lovely evening meal with my family, courtesy of our cousins from Mayo. The price per person ranged from £10 to £20. The food was outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The service was excellent as well, also a 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was delightful, giving it another 5 out of 5. Overall, a wonderful dining experience!

Food was ok, if a little lacking in terms of portion size. Service took ages and then we were left with the finished plates infront of us for some time. Then asked if we wanted sweets which we said yes to, menues brought and left another 30 mins plus before we decided to go and have something at home. Very poor really, we won't be back (party of 5) Food: 4
