The White Swan - Leeds

Discovered this gem while shopping. The restaurant was not crowded at all. We ordered the fish and chips for two and enjoyed a delicious meal with excellent service.

I made a reservation for a meal before the Panto. The service was a bit slow, but the food was quite good. The atmosphere was great and it was the perfect place to meet and eat before the show at City Varieties.

Located conveniently next to City Varieties Theatre in Leeds, this restaurant greeted us with a friendly welcome despite being busy. The service was surprisingly quick and the three-course menu had a good selection. The food was well presented and delicious, although my tagine was a bit dry. For dessert, we shared a delightful chocolate and orange tart with berries and ice cream. After the Pantomime, we returned for a cocktail to end the evening on a high note.

We booked a table for after the Panto. Table ready and waiting for us and the service was great. One of our party was in a rush to eat and go and the staff were really helpful. Food we excellent pub food ideal for what we all wanted.

Fantastic quality food! We ordered 2 steak and ale pie, a steak, and a burger and could not pick a fault in anything. All home cooked food and generous portions. Lovely smart up to date decor, friendly staff. You cant go wrong here. But maybe book in advance as it seems many other people think the same as us. 5 star!!!
