The And - Leeds

We ate at the Thorpe Park Hotel Restaurant and Bar several times during our stay. The evening meals were very good, the Eggs Benedict at breakfast was excellent, and the Blackberry Crumble Cronut (in the Courtyard Café was superb – although we did find the Courtyard Café a bit expensive, it is a lovely room. Lovey outside seating area.

Great food with excellent service what more could you ask for. I'd recommend the Pan fried cod.And the breakfast was just as good.

Stopped in for a glass of wine for me and a Guinness for Hubby. Shared a small plate of calamari to take the edge off after a long day of work and travel. Very nice atmosphere.

Came for a spa day today and the spa was ok but when going for afternoon tea our table was not ready and we were left waiting a long time for someone to help us . After getting our food we were never asked again if we needed a drink. The table next to us we not cleared and dirty pots were left for over 1hour. These factors would stop me returning again.

After enjoying a spa day we then went to have our afternoon tea that was booked for 2pm. On arrival into the terrace area no member of staff was around to speak to. After a good while a member of your waitressing team, Claire, who was bringing food out of the kitchen serving others, saw us and kindly spoke to us and found us a table. Unfortunately no table was set for us, however, she was very apologetic and rushed to set our table. The other tables around us were cluttered and not cleared after people leaving. Other people were sat undeserved for a long time and I didn't see many servers on the shop floor. Throughout our afternoon tea we were not offered any more drinks or even approached by your staff to see if everything was ok. Very disappointing service!!
