Enjoy a beautiful coffee and cake while they looked over kirkstall abbey. prices a little high for eating, but drinks are reasonable. outside seats are nice

I enjoyed a lovely lunch break at this café, where I found the young staff to be both friendly and helpful. The location is very nice, with outdoor seating available at the front and back. I ordered the mushroom soup along with a cheese sandwich combination, which the staff kindly mentioned was available at a discounted price when purchased together. The lemon cake was absolutely delicious! I do have to note that I deducted a star because the soup bowl was chipped, and I was concerned that the cheese looked like processed slices. However, the overall atmosphere was pleasant, and I appreciated the helpful service. I would definitely return.

Amazing coffee and cake, friendly staff, all set in a beautiful historic building. A must-visit when exploring the abbey or museums!
