Dominos - Leeds

I have ordered from this restaurant about 5 times now, and each time my order has been incorrect when I go to pick it up. The staff are generally apologetic and remake the order, but I am becoming frustrated with having to wait at the shop each time. They really need to improve their organization.

Ordered food not all the order arrived, driver said he’d return with the rest he did not 13 minutes on the phone later I was told they would send the rest again. This was 35 minutes after the initial order. Poor

Popped in for post pub food. Friendly service just as you’d expect. Very happy with the collection deals a huge pizza of my choice for less than a tenner! A screen shows the countdown time to delivery....

I was unfortunate enough to have my PayPal account hacked this weekend. Fortunately I noticed very quickly and found that despite being in Essex somebody in Leeds had ordered £80 worth of pizza curtesy of my account. I immediately called Dominos in Leeds advising them of this fraud only to be told well they’re ready now so we may as well send them! Seriously! They are paid for by me! I am in Essex not Leeds! Still the same answer! PayPal were brilliant, but seriously Dominos!

I have ordered from this restaurant three times and each time the pizza has arrived cold and dried out. The customer service is incredibly rude, and the delivery drivers park far away from the drop-off location, even when there is plenty of space closer by. They wait with the pizza boxes out in the open, making the pizza even colder. It feels like they have no respect for their customers and treat them like idiots. Additionally, the pizza is extremely greasy. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. It's better to just go out for dinner.
