Black Market - Leeds

By far the best we had since the move to leeds: Sunday roast at michelin guide recommended black market. wonderful main thing and exciting starters and drinks. all too good to praise.

What a find! Lamb chops were delicious but the steak with chimichurri was possibly the best steak I've ever tasted. Chatted to the owner who was euch a great host and incredibly passionate.

Absolutely gorgeous food, service spot on, the best espresso martinis, good quality wine....steak cooked to perfection! .I.had a lovely Saturday evening with my hubby, we will both definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our evening at Black Market last week. We sat outside for Covid safety and found the outside area to be welcoming and comfortable. The staff were all extremely professional, friendly and genuine and the food was excellent. We had five plates between us and a desert each and it filled us up nicely. The standouts for me were the Heritage Tomato and the Chicken Kiev, and of course the desert Death by Chocolate wow, it was good. The glass of wine I had wasn't cheap but was well worth it it was gorgeous. The food and service were of a high standard and the restaurant has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. A very enjoyable night out.

Definitely the best roast in the city! Dining here was an amazing experience. Everything was beautifully prepared and presented, with some really creative touches. I had the beef, and my wife had the pork belly, and both were outstanding.
