Longest wait ever for fast food! Bathroom needed attention! Fries cold.

Absolutely horrible to employees especially BELINDA if she still works there. Scared of every costumer that has an issue with their order how did u even make it to management? Oh and btw I dropped plastic tongs in the fryer on complete accident made managers aware and they still served that grease with customers food. They need to be shut down. Only cleaning done is when corporate is there and they’re complete jerks to anyone new it’s UNREAL. I would never recommend eating or even working here, coming from someone behind the counter, it’s DISGUSTING! Corporate comes out at least when j worked there 3-4 times a week 2 times a week ona light day that’s how BAD this location is.

Terrible chili at this location. Watery and without any meat. Sad because it is normally very good.

Why did they make me wait 20 minutes for an uncooked jacket potato? It was completely inedible, and even though I ordered it with sour cream and chive it only came with sour cream and no chives, not that it matters I suppose because as explained, it was completely raw and I couldn't even eat the thing.

Given wrong meal in drive thru, and no one answers the phone when I try to call.
