Francois Patisserie - Leederville

Awful! I ordered a custom cake with specific instructions from Francois for my baby shower. I spent over 30 minutes in the shop discussing every detail with him, and he seemed to understand what I wanted. However, when I picked up my cake and paid $150, it was a disaster. The colors were wrong, the font was incorrect, the fondant cover had holes and knife marks, and the figurines I paid extra for looked like they were made by a child in preschool. To top it off, the cake maker decided to add glitter to my cake without my permission, ruining the entire thing. I had to spend my evening fixing their mistakes before my big day, and ended up paying more money to have it fixed properly. There were no apologies, just excuses and a measly $20 refund. This was my first and last experience with them, truly disappointing.

The cake at this restaurant is absolutely beautiful and baked in a cozy environment, complemented by great coffee. The staff strives to ensure that guests enjoy their experience, being friendly without being intrusive.

I'm not connected to francois in some way or someone connected to it. I'm just a perth. I've visited this place four times, the coffee and the purchase of cake. I'm pretty fussy when it comes to cake when I was home. for a very long time baking. francois cakes always deliver, they are made with healthy ingredients instore, are beautifully presented and always taste excellent. francois is unusual for perth that it is consistently good if they want cake for a tasty bite or a special occasion, they will not be left by this place and the prices are very reasonable in comparison to similar places. we also had some of their hearty foods as well as taking away and they were also high quality qualitatiw. francois has free parking right in front of the front or there is a large parking space right next to it. in any case they recommend this place.

Unfortunately no one will ever be able to replace the divine skills and ease of the original owners. they are the reason why I am sure that many of us came here, as well as the tempting terrace joy and meal. the new owners do...the best, but I can imagine it is very difficult to get the extremely high quality and decades of the fraudulent skills of previous owners. Eat was not so delicious, don't get so buttery and the coffee could have been hotter. I wish the owners well in the future, but damn I miss the previous ones.

If you're going to special friends or after a different gift for a special occasion this is the place. Biscuits and cakes and chocolates but the packaging is an art!! Definitely worth a visit and maybe a coffee and croissant!!
