The manager was extremely rude to me and my kids and repeatedly came back over to the table to tell me I was wrong about a special request I had booked online and when I showed her on my end she kept trying to get me to engage in arguing and made an embassies scene in front of my 7 year old on her actual birthday which was the reason we were there celebrating. I am shocked with how rude the manager was to me for not reason at all, almost like she felt powerful belittling me in front of my three daughters. No complaints about our friendly server. The manager then stood at her podium staring at us eating entire time I was there making it very uncomfortable for us to be there . I am very unhappy with how we were treated for being happy and excited to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It was Sunday brunch

It was a great experience. I came here for my birthday and it was very enjoyable . The service was excellent and our waitress very friendly . All of our food was good and the service was fast. We got a King Kong split for desert and they sang happy birthday and the lights went on and off they put on a little show . It was a memorable experience and a great birthday to remember. Thank you for such excellent service.

Made a reservation for 6 we were seated towards the back of the restaurant. Place was empty yet they decided to sit a table of 4 right on top of us with two screaming kids although there was plenty of space and other open tables they could have sat them at. Ordered a drink, came out with fruit flies floating in it. Service was horrible our waiter disappeared anytime we needed anything. First time here and for a pretty penny I was HIGHLY disappointed with the quality of my visit. Would not recommend.

The service was initially good but at the end they threw out two full bowls of my children's pasta without asking. The waitress knew they were at the table next to us and they threw it out anyway when they came to speak to us. We asked the manager to replace a bowl of pasta to go and she refused saying we had to pay half price. It was clearly their fault for throwing their full plates out even though the waitress understood our position. I asked for a contact to issue my complaint and it will be sent. This was highly disappointing!

I was so looking forward to having the buttermilk fried chicken and waffles. I was informed that they do not have that. They only have tenders or wings. I ordered the steak sandwich instead. There was hardly any steak on it and no mayonnaise as listed in menu. Very disappointed!
