White Corner Kalu Beach Life - Lecce

My wife and I ate here on the last night of our stay in Torre Chianca. Kalu came recommended by our Airbnb host, and we weren't disappointed. The staff were excellent, and very polite to both of us. We arrived around 7.30pm, which is fairly early for dinner in italy. We were welcomed and served while the staff still ate their dinner. Greeted with a complimentary glass of Prosecco, we both ate as vegetarians, and enjoyed the meal a lot. We will certainly be back if we find ourselves in Torre Chianca again.

Per un ristorante situato in una spiaggia con vista sul mare, è davvero eccezionale. Si mangia bene, il personale è gentile, l'ambiente è piacevole, curato nei dettagli e pulito. Super consigliato!

We discovered this restaurant by chance and loved the atmosphere and the food. All the decoration in white, a bit off the beach, protected against the sun but open enough to get some refreshing wind. We liked the food which was a bit more upscale than many other locations we found in the area. Many families at lunch. I would go back at any time.

This Is a good spot for a good quality lunch near the sea. The restaurant is clean and cool and service friendly and professional. The mixed 8 starter is fantastic and the pasta puttanesca and linguini clams great. A complementary prosecco and limoncello is a wonderful touch. Good spot for a great beach lunch.

The fish is fantastic, but do not ask for anything grilled, they are not skilled at it. On the other hand, a fantastic quality (and quantity!!! versus price, exquisite service, and beautiful place. Highly recommended.
