Ember Smoked Bbq - Lebanon

The ribs didn't have hardly any smoke flavor, they weren't tender, and had a lot of bone slivers and pieces. the corn was bland, the green beans were from a can, the potato skins weren't crispy and looked like they sat under a heat lamp 20 minutes or more.

The portions were quite small and not worth the price. The pulled pork was overcooked and lacked seasoning. The fireside wings were burnt and didn’t have enough sauce. Everything arrived cold.

The sandwiches were delicious, but they were lacking all the sauces.

My food arrived in a Logans Roadhouse bag. The ribs were average, but the potato was quite disappointing. There was barely a forkful of BBQ on what appeared to be the tiniest potato imaginable. Overall, I was left feeling let down and won't be coming back.

Both my potato salad sides were not with my order.
