El Molino - Lebanon

This is a small where the locals go type of place. Tables and booths turn over quickly, and the short wait is definitely worth it. The staff are super friendly and constantly in motion. The food is always fresh, and tastes excellent. I have my own dish that I 've created Shrimp Guacamole Casero . Basically I order grilled shrimp and I order Guacamole Casero, and place the shrimp on top. Drizzle it with some queso dip and it 's good! My wife always gets the ground beef Chimichanga and both are excellent. The queso dip is very good and the chips are freshly made and don 't have the bitter 'old oil ' bite that some places have. The salsa has a little heat without being overly spicy. Iced tea is fresh and doesn 't taste like old socks. We go here every chance we get.

I had the mixed fajitas and the Burrito Molino for lunch, and they were delicious! I can only imagine how great dinner would be. This place is as close to the border as you can get right here in Lebanon, TN.

Best food ever, first time I don't see the sour cream on everything.... Everything. Best Pig Cho Burrito I ever taste, I think this boss finds AA perfect combination between USA and Mexican cuisine

I visited Lebanon during my road trip and decided to stop by this restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. While I was looking over the menu, they quickly brought me some complimentary chips and salsa to enjoy. I ordered the Molcajete Special, and it was fantastic—there was a generous portion for the price. I’ll definitely be stopping by this place again next time!

This is one of the better Mexican restaurants in the area, and I assure you, you won't be disappointed. The staff does a great job of attending to your needs. If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be that they tend to put too much ice in the drinks. Additionally, it can be difficult to communicate with the busboys since they speak limited English, but they are the ones who serve the drinks and chips. Be sure to communicate your preferences to the waiter when placing your order, for example, asking for "easy ice" or "extra chips."
