Silvara Cellars - Leavenworth

Arrived at 4:30pm and they close at 5pm. Sadly she refused to pour any tastings. Young lady sounded like she was having a really bad day- we just walked out. Hope they have better service on other days- we won’t be back.

Got turned down at 4.40PM because they apparently make their last call at 4.30PM. We rushed from Leavenworth just because they “close” at 5.00PM. If you are doing the last call and not serving people at 4.40 why are you saying you close at 5PM? Isn’t it very misleading? Also the person who greeted us had a sarcastic smile and informed that we can buy bottle if we want but they won’t serve us anything, convenient isn’t it?? Very disappointed and won’t recommend!!!

Hands down the best wine and view in town. The Carménère is spectacular and the view can’t be beat. Make sure to speak to Gary (the owner/winemaker), if he is on property. He is a wealth of information and a true gem of a human!
