If there is a better restaurant in all of England than R23, I don't know where it is.
Leamington has good restaurants and Leamington has GREAT restaurantsHands down, this is truly a GREAT restaurant.
Ordered as a delivery. Food was awful. Chips were clearly cold and then refried. Rock solid and inedible. Curry had a thick layer of oil on top. Sauce was watery and tasted of nothing.
Awful, Just Awful, Either Burnt, Overdone or not Cooked Fully and the Rice, well Nothing more to say really apart from just really disappointed indeed
