Piquois - Le Tronquay

Not your typical Cold Stone experienceere. We were excited to hear a cold stone was coming to our hometown Paducah. The first few times we thought service was poor because they were new but few years later and we are still not welcomed like all other cold stones do when customers come in the door. There is no greating or happy servers. They seem understaffed and the long wait is miserable with no typical coldstone atmosphere. The few tables they have in their large lobby will be dirty upon arrival and Ive yet to have a manager realize there is anything wrong with their establishment. Todays particular visit they had 3 tables and 10 chairs stacked on the wall and I asked a manager if our party of 4 adult 2 kids could use them because the lobby had 26 people in line and tables were full. She said No, there is a party coming in an hour. We will need them in an hour. (Which would had been 830pm) It doesnt take anyone an hour to eat ice cream. Luckily a table cleared for us but the people after us had to stand or left w their ice cream. Paducah has a sad excuse for a Cold Stone Creamery. We will continue to drive out of state for a good Cold Stone experience.
