Passing yesterday noon with my daughter's friends for her birthday, we order 10 happy meal our menus for my wife and myself. The order arrives and once all installed, we notice that it lacks a happy meal. The restaurant manager comes to see us and analyzes the ticket. He finds the order of 10 happy meal and the presence of 9 happy meal boxes on the tables (1 of my daughter's friends does not have her meal). He's going to check and 10 minutes later, we're going back to see the cashier what's going on. We note that no order is returned because the manager checked and confirms that on the cameras there were 10 happy meal on the board. We explain to him that factually, there is a lack of a menu on the tables and the one who starts looking under the seats and insinue that we would have stolen this menu... We explain to him that it is also possible that one of the happy meal was stolen pdt their distributions and that we are not responsible. We also explain that instead of checking the cameras pdt 10 minutes, he could have launched a new order in the meantime. We end up paying a new menu that arrives 10 minutes later. In the end, we paid 11 happy meal for 10 consummates, a child waited 20 minutes for his menu and the staff was more than unpleasant with a special mention for the manager who took it several times to count the menus on the cash ticket. I can't even imagine how he counted on the videos. A shame for the brand that says by passing forget about 2 something in the drives.
Bad reception! We have to pay fast and qd we ask for a hot sandwich because we get out of work (medical) we send you the manager who sends you walkret asks you where to go.. is a joke ?!!! Then we tighten you the same sandwiches just past the micro wave.. more than 7€ for a Croc and cheese disgusting with a service just as mediocre!!! The whole team is to see!! Very bad image for brand image
