Bidrage med feedbackI was very happy to be invited out by a good friend, and to attempt to meet others there as well. Unfortunately things didn 't really go that way. There 's some good people there, but I don 't think there 's much hope for survival of this place unless they get with times. From the outside, this place looks fantastic. A real winner! They 're even next door to a fire house and a public library for goodness sake. However, everything about the atmosphere inside screams, GO AWAY. The decor, the lighting, the paint, the setup it was like being at an uncle 's second wedding at a 70s church in 1990.I ate my 1 singular pork chop with a knife because there was no silverware. They had none of the beers or drinks I wanted. And I was surrounded by old people and the decor of a dying generation that refuses to accept that the world has moved on. The place felt like a funeral for boomers and Gen Xers that are still here because of their grandchildren 's inheritance. This is definitely not my scene. I was brought back to those family reunions where everyone over 40 laughs drunkenly and makes everyone under 40 miserable until about 11pm.
Le Mars knows how to do a great charity event. Great chicken and chops!
