Bidrage med feedbackGreat food and a cool ambience. A very small restaurant. We ordered the three-course menu as a group and got a bowl of rice to share.
We ve been several times in this nice Indian restaurant with sober and original decoration We enjoyed meals, spicy and soft, and also ice cream is very good. I advise you the madras sheep The quality of service is excellent
Indian eating is not so popular in france, so this was a big small fund in le mans on the way back to the eurotunnel. the food was tasty and beautifully seasoned. I had chicken tikka masala nothing like the British version, but so. fantasy I had nothing against it. my man has chosen in the regular madras, but earlier reviews lamb vindaloo and the spicy heat was perfect for him. we had to start plant samosas and wobelbhajis. everything was just perfect and we enjoyed the whole meal. the manager was very friendly and we will certainly visit again when we go through.
I have never been to an Indian restaurant in France, always from the general theory that they were not the same or as good as those in Britain. The Taj Mahal was open on a Sunday evening, so we decided to go. It was very good, although not quite the same as the British restaurants, the food was better than in many of his British colleagues. We started with onion bhajis and chicken ktikka, these came with pimples as you get with popodums and were great. For our net we had the Lamb Curry and Chicken tikka massalla both were excellent. The wine was available from the Pichet and was good value and good. The owner was very friendly, he also speaks good English.
Service was good. The waitor was friendly and helpful and spoke English. Unfortunately the food was not so good. The chicken was poor quality and the biryani too greasy.
