Glad to see this little bar/restaurant that I knew well during my military service opposite in 1978/79!!! At the time, pretty Breton bar, always crowded, Celtic, almost Irish atmosphere! Now, practically empty, run by someone cold and unfriendly. When you have this attitude with customers, you are not running a business. I have known public treasury agents who were much kinder!
