Le Vieux Moulin - Le Collet-de-Dèze

Absolutely superb little place hidden away alongside the N-road crossing the Cevennes. The terrace, overlooking the Cevennes hills, is relaxed, with swallows circling the adjacent square on warm summer nights. The filet de boeuf (image) was perfectly cooked and super tasteful! The accompanying salad and mashed potatoes fitted perfectly. The service was friendly and discrete. Highly recommended. Yum!

Today we had a very tasty lunch very a very good service. We will come here again many times. The trout was just like it should be. Beautiful and fresh.
