Le Petit Saladin - Le Bouscat

We fell by chance on the Little Saladin before yesterday. Food is absolutely fantastic. It is a small restaurant, with some guests to take away, but the food and friendly atmosphere of the waiter and the chef easily compensate. Even if the restaurant isn't in the center, the detour was worth it for us. I can recommend the restaurant to all those who love North African cuisine. The dishes are authentic and also prepared with a lot of talent, only a few can do it as well. Wir sind vorgestern zufällig über das Petit Saladin gestolpert. Das Essen ist wirklich absolut fantastisch. Es ist zwar ein kleines Restaurant, mit auch einiger Takeaway-Kundschaft, das Essen und die freundliche Atmosphäre von Kellner und Köchin machen das aber locker weg. Auch wenn das Restaurant nicht im Zentrum liegt hat sich der Abstecher für uns gelohnt. Ich kann das Restaurant jedem empfehlen der gerne Nordafrikanische Küche mag. Die Gerichte sind authentisch und zudem noch mit sehr viel Können gemacht, kriegen nur wenige so gut hin.

We had lunch this afternoon in this restaurant we were very well received by the very pleasant waiter We chose couscous 3 meats and a vegetarian Frankly not disappointed at all on the contrary very good very well realized with lots of flavors We were in Tunisia Surprising Moroccan wine very good And oriental pastry a delight Thank you for having enjoyed us and for your kind welcome I recommend this little restaurant
