Red Lobster - Layton

Very good service and quality of food and they serve good portions, I recommend it, I liked this restaurant.

Didn't like the bake potato and they stop serving rolls when they still have customers in the restaurant.

Two of the dinners had mussh fish. The stuffed flounder ways so mussh and the fried lobster tail that was in one. Couldn't eat at all. Couldn't never find our waitress to get any help.

It was Joseph's first day at this Red lobster he was a transfer from a different Red lobsterMy family love him it was excellent

We got there about 4:45 Friday the 15th of March. Ordered at 5:00. Our food didn't get to us until 6:15. It was over an hour wait. Asked a waitress what was going on , she was rude and wouldn't even come close enough to our table to communicate. We had 3 empty glasses and a few plates from the appetizer that we wanted to have cleared away as well as menus left from an hour prior when we ordered. We asked her to take them and she refused. We also needed refill which she also refused to assist with. We hadn't seen our waitor in 45 minutes and no one would help us. This was supposed to be my birthday dinner and it was horrible. When we finally got our food it was cold. We paid 120 for cold disgusting food. Worst experience ever. This needs to be made right. Worst birthday dinner ever. Thanks red lobster. I expected more ?
