Dairy Queen - Layton

I haven?t always had the best experience here, but today?s order went great! My burger was made the way I asked and my vanilla cone was delicious. The guy at the drive thru, George, was also so freaking friendly. It?s so refreshing to be taken care of bypeople that genuinely want to be there. Thanks George!

Got there chicken finger basket and by the time I got to were I could eat it.... It was already cold and fries were so cold that it almost hurt to eat been sitting in a heat lamp for who knows how long and paid 10.00 bucks for meal never been sodisappointed i will never go back to this place for there food they serve I don't get the ice cream or even there ice creamcakes do dam expensive. Sucks when your expecting one thing to just get another.

Dairy Queen, Dairy Queen, Dairy Queen, I'll start with the Positive about this joint ?The ice cream here is delicious, they have a variety of different shakes that they call Blizzards, they have banana splits, dipped cones, slushies etc ?The food isusually good most of the time, my boyfriend I recently went to the one on highway 193 in Clearfield the food was cold theorder wasn't right, my Sunday slushy his coke his blizzard were the only good things that we got out of our order, firstwe both ordered the $7.00 double cheeseburger meal deal.. half way back home to the Ogden area I decided to eat some fries Iwas so disappointed they were barely cooked, greasy it's like they put the fries in the oil for about 1min. Then took themout, then they were mixed in with ice cold ones that I'm guessing had to have been sitting all day. We get home get the food out we had a Single cheeseburger meal a chicken strip meal.. I've eaten at Dairy Queen quite a few times the food has beengreat. But the overall experience I had at this location sucked I will not be back to this location anyway

Disappointed in customer service skills. A birthday cake was ordered from this location. (Mind you they are not cheap). Upon picking it up, it was noticed that the decorations were completely incorrect. Rather than take accountability for the mistake,the manager (claimed he was a manager) stated that we could either pay full price or not take cake. No interest in making itright or any consideration for our frustration. The birthday party is tomorrow, so we had no other choice than to pay for it.Really acted like they would go bankrupt over discounting a cake that they incorrectly made. Have been ordering cakes here foryears and never had any issues, will no longer be returning to this location, and will be contacting higher level managementover this experience.

If I could give them a 0 I would. They are always out of stuff or hot food cold. Sometimes they answer the drive through sometimes they don?t. The kids that work there are always goofing off instead of taking orders. This last time we waited indrive through for 5 min and no one took our order so we proceeded to pull through. As soon as we pulled up they came on and tooksomeone?s order behind us.
