That's the best fried huh we had in utah. it is a trip for us, but we try to visit at least once or twice a year and are always happy that we did. this huh has such a good taste and the sides are good. we can help our adult children to spend the afternoon with us when we offer to make a trip here. it is more than a restaurant, it is a parent tool-ha ha!

Eat is delicious, always hot. my score of 2 is on the manager/Owner before location on 2 December 2021 shortly after 11:00 o'clock. we ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals, and in the rule save the burgers for after we eat the next dishes, which were very good. when we came to our chicken burgers, the sandwich didn't taste right. I looked at the acknowledgement and from some reason we got fried truthahnburger. there was no possibility that we ordered truthahnburger, as we never ordered them in pastness and did not even know that there were fried turkeyburgers. because both the huh and the turkey burger fried sandwiches are, we could not visually say that we had the wrong order. I called her to let her know what happened and that we only had to get the chicken burgers we ordered. on the phone we were told that we had to bring back the entire meal to receive a refund. I said the person on the phone that I don't need the complete meal, just the chicken burgers. when we go back, we wait 15 minutes and are told again that we have to return the entire meal. I say again that we do not need the entire meal, or we need our money back. at once a woman begins to scream in the back (heavy set, short dark hair) about her return policy only when the entire meal is returned. I repeat, we only need the hühnerburgers (which have already been made for us, btw) and which begins to scream at me about their policy". we get back the whole meal (not needed or asked) and I left me angry and frustrated with how we were treated. we have not been heard at all and have left extremely frustrated. as much as I like to eat her, we will never come back.

While eating in the regular is great, the service can only be the slowest throughout. they can cook a whole truthahn in a lot faster than they could get a truthahnburger at this place. do not try to go through the window; it won't help.

Are you ordering pies for Thanksgiving or Christmas? DO NOT COME HERE. Yes, the pies are good but it’s NOT worth the nightmare you’ll have to put up with to go get them. TWO YEARS in a row I’ve put in pie orders and then when going to pick them up they tell me they “can’t find my order.” The first year they magically found my order a few hours later… This year the girl on the phone had the audacity to tell me to come the day after Thanksgiving…how does that help me now? DO NOT accept orders if you cannot fulfill them! It’s so dishonest. I know they’re just accepting orders until the pies are gone. Do not waste your time here!!! I will never be back here again.

This place has good food but it’s not worth the service and inconsistency. Out of the 5 times I have been here they have gotten my order correct once. And not one of those times was the waot for my food under 20 minutes. While the food always takes FOREVER, the entire staff seems to ALWAYS be in their phones even when they have work in front of them. This brings me to the most concerning issue I have with this place, it is ran by a very old man yet staffed almost exclusively by VERY VERY young looking teenage girls. None of them could be older than 15 or 16. It’s very unsettling
