For pizza, there are several schools: fine pasta, thick pasta, traditional, American... Here we are on traditional pizza with rather fine pasta, but... sad. I didn't think I'd use this adjective for pizza, but that's really what I felt. Clearly, there is no relief (a mushroom that would surpass, a beautiful pizza heart that would be placed on a beautiful layer of tomato sauce, itself centered on the dough): no, everything is flat and homogeneous. And cheerfully, it's unfortunately the same: really chick filling, no taste, fade. I even got surprised to tell myself, eating pizza, that she was just a gut over pizzas that we find in the supermarket's catererer department. The type of cheese used is probably not foreign to this feeling. So you still have to relativize: it's a real pizza dough, cooked with wood fire. But... I did not feel any pleasure in eating it and I had trouble finishing it, so I found it uninteresting (sorry for this term). Maybe it's for minimalist pizza lovers? The sign has obviously been installed for many years, so this type of pizza must please. On my side, I'll look for more generous pizzas in garnish and emotions.
