I just wanted to leave a good review for the young man at the window tonight i believe his name is Vernon.. he was absolutely as kind, and as genuine, as could be. His energy was very welcoming! This experience alone makes my family and i want to come back! Thank you Vernon for your decency with my 87 year old grandmother who dropped her change at the window tonight. Your patience kindness was appreciated greatly!

Good customer service but tacos are prepared real messy.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla, but as you can see in the photo, it was undercooked and quite cold. This was on a Friday night at 10:50 p.m. I called Taco Bell and spoke with a Miss Zaharia (I hope I spelled that right). She was very apologetic and asked me to bring back my receipt so they could resolve the issue. When I returned, I was greeted by Miss Zaharia in the lobby. She had arranged for the staff to prepare a new quesadilla, which was ready in just a few minutes. I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism; it really showed that Taco Bell values its customers. They handle complaints with a positive attitude and take responsibility for their mistakes. Thank you!

We recently moved to the area, and our family is a big fan of Taco Bell. This location has incredibly friendly staff.

The food is always delicious, and the service is prompt. Even late at night, the staff is friendly and courteous.
