Red Lobster Lawton

Update this server took my receipt and changed the tip. I noticed it on my statement. Called and spoke to a mgr who asked for a few items, apologized and welcomed me back. They did well with the situation and took appropriate action against the server I was told.

We stopped here while visiting the Wichita Mountains nearby. The restaurant was clean and pleasant. We were seated promptly on a Sunday early afternoon. Our waitress Lexa was really good. Our drinks came quickly and food fairly soon after. Our was delicious and plentiful. We didn't have room for dessert.

I do not recommend the worst service ever. Two tables got service (that came in after us) before we did. Not even an I 'll be with you in a minute . Never made it to the food or drink because a 20 minute Wait is ridiculous. With only 5 other tables full. Unless you don 't care how you get treated, this might be the place for you.

I went to a presentation by Kolton which was very informative and helpful. We were served amazing food by our fantastic server Kayla. Very polite and friendly and wonderful atmosphere. Would love to have the flounder again. Will come again.

We are here for our anniversary Saturday. The food and our server was great but the worst hostess I've ever seen and dealt with in my life. Didn't address is when we walked in even though we were the only ones waiting to be seated. Not welcoming whatsoever
