Bidrage med feedbackSome 50 years after my first Meers burger, I returned after a morning of hiking in the nearby Wichita National Wildlife Refuge. My sisters and I waited in line for 20 minutes, using the time to scan the graffiti-rich walls. The wait was definitely worth it! My sisters split a plate-size, 16-ounce Seismic Meersburger; I opted for an 8-ounce Meers cheeseburger. The burgers--made from from Meers' own herd of pasture-raised longhorn cattle--were perfectly grilled with a fantastic crust. They were accompanied by onion rings, fried okra and french fries. No complaints with service--the servers were attentive and congenial. Our only regret--no room for dessert! While it's highly unlikely that we'll find ourselves anywhere near Meers in the foreseeable future, I'm grateful for this opportunity to share the Meers experience with family members!
Ok well.....first off i drove 1.2 hours to try this place hoping for awsome.started with 30 mins in line ,ok hopefull. Got inside seated quickly, waited 20 min to get water and order taken.told they were short staffed,ok, then waited 30 min for food.at this point i had been watching the staff work.cook working register not washing hands, come on!!!! All silverware dirty, everything about the place was dirty and discusting.it is so rundown that historic is how they excuse it.the only reason im giving 2 stars is the burgers are very large and taste great.!!!!! Fries are just grease we could smell from 3 feet away.the prices are insane we spend almost $70.00 for 2 bugers.fries and 1 pepsi. I will never be back to this discusting mess again
First, you don 't do take out orders on the weekend? What crazy nonsense is that. Ok so can I be seated and the I will ask for a box to take it to go? We aren 't supposed to do that the hostess tells me. Because freeing up a table when there is a long line waiting to go in is a bad idea??? Secondly if that 's going on with the no takeout maybe a website with information and hours and a menu would be helpful. Seriously? Just a Facebook page? I 'll give you the $12 for a godaddy website. Thirdly cash only? You ducking the the IRS? Are you the ATM owner sticking me with the fee to use your machine, plus a charge from my bank? Seems like a racket. I have been to places in the middle of Amish communities in the middle of nowhere with no electricity and have been able to use my bank card, but not at meers? DUMB. Lastly what is the deal with the ramp coming in? That was way too steep, especially for the people on crutches behind me. Overall it was a waste of my time and gas money. I 'll never know if your food is worth the drive because you wouldn 't let me order it. Traveling with a dog means I 'll have to eat in the car and that 's fine, but not at meers because they won 't let you. I don 't know if me telling all that I know not to go to your restaurant will hurt your business overall, but you better believe I 'm telling anyone who will listen to me to save the trip and avoid your establishment. I would tell you to have a nice day, but since you messed up my day I will just say, thanks for nothing.

The food is always good, be prepared to wait for a table. Get there early for less of a wait. They have removed some from the menu since COVID. Try the cobbler! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
