Wendy's - Lawrenceville

I went through the journey today at 1 o'clock, there was a man who was driving, who wut, register and delivery of food. I wish I got his name. he was absolutely amazing. definitely worth going back, just for its fantastic service.

The thing I don't understand about most fast food places with bad customer services is. NO ONE MADE YOU FEEL OUT A APLLICATION TO WORK THERE. Just because you choose Wendy's as your career choice doesn't mean you should give out BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Its a shame the black community always find a way to be mean nasty for No reason. The manager was nasty and the cashier was rude. It's ok though I honestly didn't expect nothing more. Just Sad

I stopped by this Wendy’s on February 11, 2022 and I picked up my mobile order via the drive-thru window. When I got to my destination and started to eat, I noticed that my order was wrong. I called the Wendy’s that I visited and spoke with the Manager….Latavious and told hime about the mistake.He was very apologetic and he asked me if I could come back by the following Friday to correct the mistake.Fast forward to February 18th, 2022, I asked for Latavious and he remembered talking to me and yes, he corrected the previous mistake and he also gave me an order of fries. You can’t ask for anything more than this and I really appreciate everything he did for me.With that being said, I’m sure I’ll come back to this location.Again, thanks Latavious.

Work at the hospital. Got in line. No other cars waiting. I just wanted 2 pineapple mango drinks. Was told to wait. Waited over 10 mins. No one took my order. Drove up to the window and greeted with what happened. Asked for 2 drinks and after waiting for 5 mins left. Very poor service.

Fast friendly service......the cashier even did a little dance when we went there the drive thru. I guess she likes working there!
