Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Lawrenceville

I ordered a salad and a smoothie, my smoothie was made quickly and I have no issues there. However, my salad took over 25 minutes for them to make. The staff seemed more interested in cleaning the restaurant than making my super green salad, which was missing the grilled chicken.

Terrible Customer Service waited over 45 Min for 1 Smoothie on top of that it was ready sitting there on the Employee side got in the car it was a that point melted just threw it out an went to Smoothie King if I can Give 0 Stars I would. Won’t come back again

The service and meal was fine but in the store was extremely hot the A/C nor the fans was not working and according to one of the workers even if there’s a complaint it’s simply not getting fixed very uncomfortable to dine in especially when it was like darn near 100 degrees outside

Terrible customer service, this location is slow and the employees are rude and consistently messed up orders. Including mine and they weren’t willing to fix the issue. I’d give 0 stars. Waste of money.

Will fulfill mobile orders while you stand there and wait for them to take your order. Wasted my time. Go to chipotle instead since it's right next to it.
