South Philly Steaks Fries

Let me start by informing that the 5 star review is only due to their excellent employee Stephan. I used to go to a place called THE GREAT STEAK AND POTATO CO. in SF, CA and I loved their Philly steak salad. When I moved to ATL this location WAS the Steak and potato co. untill it became what it is today, where the stopped offering that delicious salad. Stephan was not only able to understand but recreate this salad for me several times. He is the reason whenever I'm in this Mall's food court I always go to South Philly's. This item should be added to thier menu and Stephan deserve a promotion.
