Firehouse Subs Sugarloaf

I have been in here for an extended period of time 10/29/22 at 1:10P and they are not getting anything done. It?s taking more than 10 minutes to get a sub from back there they have yet to take my order this is ridiculous because I was dependent on thisstop for my lunch for work. People have come in and left and all. Do not stop here even if you think you have the extra timebecause I left extra early. You will be late.

Overall it was decent. Not many people inside. My order was taken and given to the sandwich specialist (not sure if she gave him the information or not)he didn't cut the sandwich into 3 like I requested. So he fixed it over. He Gabe me the same greasy bagand I felt like the meat was not good when I got home and smelled it.

Been here many times. Subs are good . I have a fully involved Engineer. Fully involved is the lingo for a fully load sub. Also got the firehouse sauce that has just the right amount of kick. 06.26.21 mask not required. Not much seating available as theyare following the10 feet distancing rule. Yes that far apart. I have had better subs here before. Is okay if tou are digging aquick bite. BTW the tea is way too sweet. Get half a glass and water it down. 10/08/22 much improved. Had a meatball on wheat.It was very good.

The manager is terrible. Walks around and not engaging with customers and not assisting his staff. The staff were disinterested in serving the customers. Rude and unprofessional location. Never going there again. Everyone stop going to places where theydon't respect you and don't provide good customer service. I refuse to throw my money away. Never again!!!

The subs are excellent and served promptly. The consistent flavor and service make this a fantastic option for healthier fast food.
