Mcdonald's - Lawrenceburg

Put in a mobile order and it took them THIRTY MINUTES and still missed half the order. Not sure anyone on staff could actually read, the way the frontline workers just stood staring at the screen, not bagging orders, not bothering to drop more fries in the fryer so the order still had to wait on those long after the cook had to step off the backline and do the job of three people while two others stood around with faces blanker than goldfish. If you're going to have staff, make sure they're not so tweaked they can't read an order.

This is for the McDonald's office across the street who has hours listed a 12-4. It is currently 12:24 and they have an out to lunch sign up! What is the point of opening at 12 if you're going to be out to lunch the moment you open?! You might as well put your hours as whenever you're back from lunch to 4. Which is also incredibly inconvenient for those whose minor children worked for this company and have to drive an hour to pick up their last check. Please make it make sense. If you are closed immediately after opening, you are not on fact open from 12-4.

McDonald's sucks any location but they have the best fries on the planet hands down

This McDonald’s is dirty, trash on the floor tables sticky as can be. The service was very rude but I understand due to a rush and short staff.

McDonald's sucks anymore. Took the grands for happy meals, got some nuggets and a cheeseburger. Eh, not good. Such a shame how far they have fallen
