Final Cut At The Hollywood Casino

This was my graduation and the restaurant did nothing to celebrate it with us- We will not be going back to this restaurant due to the noise and lack of attention. We had to request multiple things bread, etc) something that is as minimum as serving the customer- We ordered medium rare steaks… The steaks came out well done , we could not even enjoy our meal. The place was noisy and lack class. We have been to other restaurants than are considered steak house. This one did not meet our expectations.

The oysters say they are baked but they were part raw. Ribeye was well done and should have been medium. Chewy and gross. My brothers filet was perfect. That was best thing about the whole meal.

Food was nasty and poor service. Waited 25 mins for our drinks

I booked reservations for My Boyfriend and I. This was our first time ever coming to Final Cut and we had a horrible experience! First and foremost, I included in the online reservation that we were coming for a Birthday and not once were we acknowledged about the special occasion. Secondly, Our Waitress hardly checked on us. We were left with empty glasses twice. Then, we were also left at the table waiting for our check. Thirdly, My Boyfriend ordered his steak medium rare and instead, got a rare steak. He also ordered truffle macaroni and cheese, took a bite or two of it and never finished it due to the taste. To top this off, Our Waitress never once asked us how the food was or anything or that nature. To top all of these issues off, a group of younger women were sat next to us and were insanely loud. All in all, this was not what I expected!

The only good thing was my martini. My husbands beer was flat, food was cold. Asked for water three times to no avail
