Kfc - Lawrence

The works are so nice the food it?s always warm and great service. The works should be getting pay more they give great customer service and always respectful to everyone the comes in.

I start by saying that I have never done a review but this time it really deserves it. every time I order from the online site the order that I collect is wrong or something is missing, when I ask for the missing things I have to wait 5 minutes even for adrink even though there is no one in line. if instead I go to order in person they speak Spanish with me and are annoyed whenthey speak to me. what i am wondering but this place has a maneger has someone checking that everything is going the right way Ibelieve that the manager and the owner do not care about this place. or if you think you are doing your job well, I am sorry towarn you that you do not know how to do it and I would advise you to change jobs

Very poor customer service. They all seem to work very angry. Bathroom are not open for customers. Do not know if that is ilegal. This restaurant is a bad representation of KFC

Everytime you go at this time there?s never anything waited 15 mins for a Mac and cheese bowl to then be told they had no Mac and cheese for the night very disappointed

The lady that runs the drive thru today is terrible service i will never order here again.
