Eddy's Sports Pub - Lawrence

Not sure if I caught them on a bad night or if this was a norm for the establishment. The place was pretty empty which I didn’t mind while watching a playoff game. The bartender was nice and had good conversation but the food lacked. There were limited options and my friend got food poisoning while there by eating the chicken wings. The bathrooms were being cleaned the whole night by a staff member. I really wanted this place to work out for location reasons but it’s a no for me.

Eddy's is pretty cute and a good place to hang out. Most of the food was good but the pork tenderloin was overdone and didn't have much flavor. The wings were large and flavorful and the fries were also good.

It was an okay experience. After being checked at the door for about 7 minutes which I was happy to see and completely understand for safety purposes. The security guards forgot to charge me the cover. I wasn't sure there was a cover not that I minded paying it. Very nice place, great customer service, and reasonable price. The only problem was the fruit flies.
