Bali's - Lawrence

I have often been to this place for great food and great atmosphere! I was there last night and had a great time as usual! We had a variety of dishes, but the ones who stood most were lobster stuff with shrimps! The court was fantastic!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Spare yourself. ALSO never order delivery, your food will quite literally never arrive.

I ordered an seafood ceviche to go. I came back to Boston and when I was eating and enjoying it I just found a roach in it. I had no way to go back to Lawrence and return my order!!

The customer service is regularly speedy, awesome mood, helpful staff. I will visit here again when I get here.
