The woman who my order was very kind and helpful, but whoever is cooking is the issue. I ordered the shrimp yakisoba and the poop sac was left in every single shrimp. It was disgusting.
My favorite go to. Place is always clean and I absolutely love my beef and chicken bowl with a side of edamame. Yumssss! I actually might just go grab me a bowl now that I'm thinking about them!
Put in an order for pick up, when my husband and I went to pick it up we asked for a small container to take some teriyaki sauce home we explained our daughters were sharing a bowl one wanted spicey teriyaki and the other did not. The girl said no you put the suace directly on I explained to her why that wouldn’t work and if I could just buy a small container to get sauce she said no I could only buy sides of soy sauce !? What difference does it make which sauce is going in the container !? Doesn’t make any sense. Spent $65 here for food and we couldnt even get a small container for some dang sauce ridiculous
I placed an order expecting to enjoy Yogi's as I always have. The order was made through DoorDash at the 59th Ave Baseline location in Laveen. When the order arrived there was no sauce on either plate of teriyaki chicken (large). I went inside the store after delivery when I got off work at 5:45pm. I was greeted by a person who was confrontational and unprofessional. She stated there was no Manager available and proceeded to help me. Unfortunately, help was not her intent. When I told her the issue, she said I can pay for sauce. After explaining there wasn't sauce on the plates and they were dry which is unacceptable for $15. She told me again I could pay for sauce or send an email. She refused to give her name or Manager's name to reference the issue at a later time with a Manager.There was no customer service or consideration that I came all the way in just for sauce to enjoy my food. Unfortunately, I'm still not able to enjoy my food that I paid for without having to pay $2 more. It's sad that businesses are willing lose customers over $2. I was a loyal customer and truly enjoyed your food, but no one should be treated the way I was treated today. I was humiliated and completely disrespected by an employee then overcharged for bad quality food. You basically dont give enough sauce to enjoy your food so your customers have to pay for more and allow employees to treat you horribly at the same time. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Yogi's.
