Bidrage med feedbackWe ordered online tonight. We missed all the sauces that were more than half the ordered items. We ordered a pizza, crazy combo, cheese bread and 8 cups of sauce. None of the sauces came and for some reason no one has decided to cut even the cheese bread. I was upset, but still okay until I tried to fix it. I was in my hands for 22 minutes because no one would answer the help line, and that was after I had called the store several times, and it just kept ringing and no one would pick up. After I brought FINALLY someone to help me, she said that I would get a refund, but when I asked how much was refunded, she said, I don't know you killed me!? I miss stuff from my order and you can't tell me how much I'm gonna be refunded because you guys messed up!? She reacted with the return department will find that . What does that even mean? I didn't get my stuff. Your customer service is ridiculous after you are those who made a mistake. I understand and get mistakes because we are all people. What I can't survive is the HORRIBLY sad apology for customer service. I'll never order from you again. I know this probably doesn't mean anything for you, but I'll make sure I tell everyone about it and hope they don't waste their time or money with you in the future.
Pizza at Halloween night at 9. There were a lot of people and they had to close doors due to high demand and closing time. My only complaint as they deal with it was that they would open the door to serve a few people but quickly close the door to others. They told us to pick up from the window, and everyone went there. But then they would serve people who went up and approached others, trying to ignore us. If I had no big problem, they'd all be treated the same way. But they tried in the window to fix our phone statement. All right.
Not only did I get a pizza I didn't order, but the dough was RAW. I have to put him in the oven so he can eat. See the way the pizza looks from above!!! How are you gonna leave the restaurant? Not to mention the way the box looks after I took out the pizza. Ah! Never again.
Inside ended my order was said it was finished 15 min and I could pick up in Drive thru. When I went by the car, it was closed because of short employees. The manager of the staff let me know that my order was not finished, I moved away and parked and mentioned that I had my daughter in the car. Shortly after I saw the manager, I think or whoever was responsible for it came to my car with my order. Thank you for making my evening easier. I hope they get more employees so they can take a break! Thank you.
