Tim Hortons - Laval

Very busy location, not enough parking, very long wait times.

The woman with the hijab is so rud. Even with the staff, she seams to terrorize them.

Typical Tim Hortons, fast friendly service at this location. Only downside was a lot of litter around the building.

Very poor customer service. Was very clear with my order over through drive mic, however when greeted at the window I noticed they had gotten my order totally wrong which didn’t bother me as i understand mistakes happen however when i mentioned that the order was wrong one of the ladies rudely rolled her eyes and another seemed to be very rudely argumentative almost making it seem like it was my fault for speaking up. Overall very poor service food was decent.

They always give you exactly what you didn't ask for. everytime i go there they mess up something in one way or another. they also seem to like taking their time.sometimes they give you your order with some missing itemslegit the worst tims i ever went to
