Restaurant Ottavio - Laval

I came here for a business dinner for the first time. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the food was wonderful! I highly recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant is a great spot with plenty of room. The food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from, especially Italian dishes like pizza and pasta, as well as other options. Our group of 17 people all found something they enjoyed. I ordered a cake for $50, which was very large and tasty. They offer three different cakes for pre-order (make sure to do so a week in advance). One of the perks is that you can bring your own alcohol without any additional fees for opening the bottles. They also have a good children's menu available.

This restaurant is perfect for both business dinners and family evenings. They offer a wide variety of dishes, including options for those with food allergies and gluten-free needs. The food is delicious and of high quality.

Our assigned waiter Denis did not serve us when he treated the other customers. He didn't even say any greetings (no hallo), he went to our table, took our filled make your own pasta leaves, and simply asked, is that your...sheet? to my partner we said yes and he left. The whole stay, he only came to our table at 2 occasions: to give us bread and to give us our bill. I could see how he treats his other customers differently, often to check whether their food was ok, fill their glasses with water, ask if they need some olive oil or more bread. He didn't do that with us. PLUS, while we waited to go my food, another waitress saw us waiting anxiously and came to grab the food and bring us our desert because he used LEFT for a SMOKE BREAK in the middle of his customers! He then came to see us how we made our desert in OUR MOUTHS and decided to give us our bill. Bad service I had ever received. DANK U, NEXT DENIS.
