I didn’t catch his name, but the tall gentleman who was supposed to serve my husband and me completely overlooked us, opting instead to assist a couple that arrived after us. When I pointed out that we had been there first, he responded quite rudely. I couldn’t help but wonder how someone like him could be working there—was he possibly the owner? This was the worst service I have ever experienced, and it showed a blatant disrespect for women. Ultimately, we decided to leave!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The coffee was the worst I’ve ever had, and to top it off, it’s the priciest in the area. I recommend avoiding this place if you're trying to save money.

The coffee at this place is quite disappointing, and believe it or not, they charge over $1 just for a splash of milk. There are many excellent coffee shops in Laval and Montreal that offer high-quality beans, ensure freshness, and have reasonable prices. This establishment really falls short; it's only a suitable option if you're looking for lukewarm, Tim Horton's-style drip coffee for more than $4.

The owner/employees were quite rude, using a disrespectful tone when addressing me. I usually like to settle in before placing my order, but I felt pressured to order immediately. It's important to communicate with customers in a respectful way.

They offer a great selection of snacks and drinks. The staff is very friendly. The beverages are excellent, and there’s both indoor and outdoor seating available. It's one of the few places in Laval where you can enjoy a quality cup of espresso.
