If I could give a 0, I would. Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes from my online order to the store just because they didn't speak French and I jokingly said "We're in Quebec here" but at the same time it's true. The salad in my chicken sandwich was disgusting and the chicken was really overcooked. I thought they were making me pay for saying that but no, it's the custom at this KFC to wait 1 hour, it's a fast food??

I am disappointed to see the increase in prices and the smaller portion of chicken. The restaurant has definitely changed a lot. I will be visiting much less frequently in the future.

The chicken has nothing to do with that of the USA, neither the flavor nor the quality are the same. It's supposed to be fast food but you always have to wait at least 35 minutes and lastly, the places are ugly and old.

If you have time to waste for an order 45minutes) this is the place to be. Think administration has changed for the worse) cause I always liked KFC, but too long to wait. :
