McDonald's - Laval

I went for a transit mission, the lady who spoke to me cursed me and was very aggressive behavior when I went to collect my food. Very disappointing.

I ordered a cup of tea. After waiting for 30 minutes, I opened the cup only to realize that there was no tea bag inside. I had to go back to the restaurant and show them the cup. The staff then had to be reminded to provide me with fresh hot water.

Yesterday (Sunday, November 27), my family and I went to this restaurant at 11:30 for an early lunch. My wife ordered an Angus Burger without cheese or bacon, but it came with both. My granddaughter wanted nuggets, and the cashier asked if she wanted BBQ sauce, but we didn't receive any. After waiting by the cash register (this was an older McDonald's location), we finally got our drinks. Unfortunately, the Sprite we received tasted like it had been sitting out for too long and only had a faint hint of its original flavor. We decided not to complain at the counter since it was crowded, but we will remember this experience for next time we crave a burger.

Was not impressed by this situation only because it was not clean bathroom was in orderly dirty, countersurfaces did not slaughter ketchup in the donor no napkins anymore in bins yes its fast food place, but at least keep it clean food is as usual... Quick fix that is why we always go to McDonalds, but cleanliness is very important and leaves a lasting impression!

The McDonald's restaurant is located in an older building but is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and can speak both English and French. The prices are reasonable and the service is quick.
