Madisons New York Grill & Bar - Laval

I would not recommend the Bell Centre location in downtown Montreal. The food is overpriced and not of good quality. The ribs were tender but dry and old. There were several mistakes in our orders and items were forgotten. The waitress was friendly, but there were issues with the food preparation. The management and staff were loud and disrespectful to each other. The prices for wine were also shockingly high. I would not suggest dining here, and instead recommend going to La Cage across the street for burgers and beer.

I visited this restaurant after a Children's Dinosaur show at the Bell Center. They had a Children's Menu and highchairs available. Unfortunately, the waitress seemed forgetful. I ordered the Salmon Plate with mango salsa and a Classic baked potato, but received a plate with dill sauce and sweet potato fries instead. When I asked about the mistake, the waitress admitted she forgot to tell me the salsa was not available. The food was good, but we overheard waiters yelling and cursing at bus boys during our meal. The waitress also informed us that the changing table stall was locked by management, despite it being a children's event at the Bell Center. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The restaurant offers excellent customer service and a great atmosphere. I have never been disappointed by the food, especially the steaks. It is a perfect spot for a delicious lunch or dinner near the Bell Center.

Both bartenders that served us before the Shania concert were so energetic and fun! Made the experience even better, wanted to take them with us!

The waitress was very warm and welcoming. The food was very good and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant felt appeasing. However, i would’ve hoped to have more options on the menu.
