L'Academie XP - Laval

The veal Marsala sauce was too salty, the meat was overcooked and the vegetables were not cooked enough. The only thing that is not pre-made is the cooking of the veal, everything else is just an assembly of pre-prepared products. The price is good but the result vaguely resembles what it should be.

Was there with in-laws and family to celebrate a special occasion. Food was 'middle of the road' and somewhat overpriced for the portions, quality, service and prep., but this is part of the complex near the Cosmodome, called Centropolis so be prepared for an extra 25% on average. The filet mignon was tender, the mussels were tiny and the veal masala was tough. Overall, nothing horrible but there are many more choices, some next door or across the street with much better fare for the price.

Plat de tortellini trop cuites, sauce de tomates pas assez cuites et le sel, il n'y en a pas du tout! J'ai clairement dit au serveur que ce n'était pas bon et il a tout simplement dit: ah bon. Il n'a rie proposé en échange. Au diable le service!

Mon conjoint et moi, accompagnés de 5 autres personnes avons essayé ce restaurant. Sur les 7 personnes, seulement une personne a apprécié son repas. Donc ... trop dispendieux pour la qualité et le service.

Service au comptoir glacial. Les inspecteurs ont trouvé des vers dans la farine et de la malpropreté généralisée (source Journal de Montréal septembre 2016). Goût correct sans plus.
