Bidrage med feedbackVery unprofessional people, the girl who picked up the phone didn't speak french and I could barely understand her english, she had a strong indian accent. Every time I called was always someone who can't pick the phone. The manager is quite usless, he doesn't do anything about it, he can't hire competent people, it seems like they hire their own people.I'm writing in english so I hope they read and understand this.
Ordered a cheese pepperoni pizza through the app for pickup and it was ready within 10 minutes.Pizza was piping hot and cooked perfectly. I had ordered it with crushed red peppers and they put a generous amount which made the pizza taste really good.
Ordered nicely online via their app.Driver shows up...I pay the food...the delivery charges and tip the guy...to my surprise he had forgotten 2 items from my order.On top if that I asked on the app for plates and napkins for our meal.The nice and polite driver goes back to the store brings our 2 missing items...but still no plates..nor any napkins.I was about to ask for a refund on the tip and the delivery charges I paid..cause it was botched up!!Not the 1st time they forget items on our order.We are charged for their services....and we can't enjoy the meal.Go elsewhere and get FREE delivery and your order correct the 1st time.
I want to give this place zero stars. Very disappointed with this store as I have never had such a bad experience in any domino's. We went there on a trip to Canada and ordered pizzas on the way. The store manager gave us cardboard plates which were so stinky and rotten. The whole pizza was smelly after serving it on the plates. We asked the store manager to check the pizza and he refused to smell. We asked for replacement but he said it cannot be done and no refund for bad pizza. We asked for manager's phone number to talk to but he refused again. after a lot of arguments he gave us a number and phone the was ringing in the store. Very bad experience and all pizzas were thown away with no replacement and refund.
