Bidrage med feedbackIt's true that we're in the cocaven country. Plethore of blues dyed by Françoisise in the vats of his workshop.
An extraordinary and warm moment with Françoise in his pastel workshop where we were able to paint a beautiful scarf and a convivial moment in their restaurant where we were able to taste the famous and delicious garlic soup. Everything in a relaxing and charming setting. I'm ready to start the experiment again. Thanks to Françoise and all his team for this moment of pure happiness.
What a place! Françoise and Michel managers are of rare generosity, with exquisite humor. The place is atypical and composed of several very pleasant rooms. As for the kitchen a feast, it comes in a succession of speciality, managed by a chef alone in the kitchen, a real tower of force.. Next to the restaurant is the shop that offers local products and clothing dyed by Françoise, expert in plant dyeing and more specifically Pastel. It also allows us to visit its workshop under the restaurant. It is an exceptional place, which takes life thanks to a superb team. Thank you for discovering!!
I spent two days training on the dyes, given by David Santandreu. It was really interesting. Françoise welcomed us in his workshop and in addition we had the chance to taste the delicious dishes of his chef! I recommend to the Village Farm for its workshops, for its restaurant, for its team composed of people more friendly than others. Thank you and very soon!
We wanted to introduce our beautiful region to a great Salesian mother, well that's the perfect address for that! We ate on the terrace, very intimate and pleasant for a hot day of July, the short card seduced us because sign of quality products in a restaurant. And indeed, fresh, local products with typical regional dishes. From aperitif to dessert everything is made in Tarn! When it's not home-made, it's handicraft with local producers (ice, syrups... , you can only join and come back, everything was perfect!
